Day 4 Thur 21-Apr-2016

7:10 Up with dogs, pill to Maggie, dogs outside. Maggie joins Nana in bed. Rocky joins them :-)
7:40 Mom showers and gets dressed.
8:00 Richard arrives
8:15 Breakfast with toasted bananna nut bread, juice, coffee, and pills.
Cleaned some grapes. Washed/driedFolded/hung laundry
9:00 Sandy arrives

Day 3 Wed 20-Apr-2016

During the night mom got up a couple times to go to the bathroom. 

6:30 AM Richard and Maggie arrived

7:30 AM Awakened, changed, dressed

8:00 AM Pills, Cereal and bananna, juice, coffee

9:00 AM Sandy arrived. 

She made her a sandwich and had a popsicle snack and grapes
She went to safeway to get a couple things and stopped at hair salon to make appointment.

6:00 PM Sandy left

6:45 PM I Arrived home

7:30 PM Home made chicken soup (Richard) 

8:00 PM Pills, and ice cream bar

8:00 PM Watch Tv to 9:30PM, dressed for bed
10:00 PM Cleaned bathroom

10:00 PM Bed watching die hard on tv set 60m sleep

Maggie stayed with Nana on bed for a little while

Day 2 Tue 19-Apr-2016

During the night mom got up a couple times to go to the bathroom. 

She also stayed up a little bit around 4AM working with her iPad. 

7:15 AM Awakened, changed, dressed

7:30 AM Richard and Maggie arrived

8:00 AM Pills, Breakfast honey and oats cereal and some fresh fruit

She felt a little dizzy but it passed.

9:00 AM Sandy arrived. 

Sandy took her to safeway and then to the hair salon to make an appointment. She made her a sandwich and had a popsicle snack. She also had a pickel and half an chocolate eclair. 

6:00 PM Sandy left

6:30 PM I Arrived home

7:30 PM Chicken on the grill plush broccoli 

8:00 PM Pills, and ice cream bar

8:00 PM Watch Tv to 10PM, dressed for bed

10:15 PM Bed

Day1 Mon 18-Apr-2016

12:00 Bedtime at Midnight. Rocky was sleeping on the bed with her but eventually left and joined me in the living room.

4:30 AM : Found Mom sitting up manipulating her phone. She was trying to determine the charge and it was powered off. I powered it on and she proceeded to tell me about the free 30 million dollar life insurance policy that had something to do with the phone. I asked her if this was something Angela was aware of and she responded yes. I asked if she needed to go to the bathroom, she did, and then I got her back in bed where she said she would be up in a little while. 

7:30 AM : Sleeping. She had taken her thyroid pill already. 

8:00 AM : Still snoring away. Got her up and upstairs and showered and dressed. 

8:40 AM : AM pills, corn flakes, juice and coffee.

9:00 AM : Sandy Thurston arrived and they spent the day together talking. Mom did not nap at all today. 

12:00 PM : half ham sandwich and cantaloupe and honeydew with cottage cheese.
Today she was active and talkative all day. No noticeable issues.
Washed/driedFolded/hung laundry

6:00 PM : Sandy left for the day
7:00PM : sausage/pepper/onion kabobs with corn on the cob.

8:00PM : dizzy getting up from dinner

8:00PM : BP 138/70

8:00PM : BG 113 mg/dL 

8:00PM : ice cream bar

9:00PM : changed for bed, not dizzy any more. 

9:45PM : ready for bed
